[net.dcom] experience with new electronic exchanges?

Anyone have experience to report on using the new electronic PABXs
which claim to carry digital data as well as speech signals?
The only relevant remark I've seen so far is that pulse auto-diallers
might not work on them.  How well *do* they work for the digital
communications in practice?   If I get mail, I'll summarize later.
