[comp.os.vms] decnet access control

I would like to write a network object which uses the sender's access control
string for its own purposes. The program would declare itself a network object,
so normally access control would be discarded.
Has anybody found a way to retrieve the access control string by a network
task? I'm not aware that any standard object requires this feature, so it's
not in the fiches, I guess.
