**** The last few messages I've read have been from people who would like to see the digests come out in regular format, in order to make them easier to separate. They want a digest format to cut down on duplicate messages and to reduce the number of mail messages. Now really. It's much more difficult to skip to an article you want to read when it's entrenched amidst MANY articles you don't want to see (in digest format). On the other hand, it's much easier to kill messages by subject. I read this group on Usenet, and the reading software is oriented towards articles, not digests. Even mailers (on VMS or whatever) are not set up to let you jump around inside the messages. No digests. Enough said. 'Rob "Digests - Just say NO!"
