I am trying to find a VMS implementation of ARC. I am told that VMSSWEEP is such an implementation. The copy of VMSSWEEP.FOR I got from SIMTEL20 was uuencoded and I was unable to decode it. Does anyone have a plain text VMSSWEEP.FOR and any necessary supporting code which they could send me or point me to? Any help would be appreciated.
