[comp.os.vms] Keeping AUTOGEN's hands off page/swap file sizes

This is simple to fix.  Simply add the following lines
to your MODPARAMS.DAT file:

	PAGEFILE=0
	SWAPFILE=0

and AUTOGEN will not re-size your page and swap files
for you (when you least expect it).
