Denis - is it possible that your users are attempting to initialise
their arrays at compile time, using e.g.
data thing /<some large number> * 0/
If so, the these arrays won't _be_ DZRO. It is important to write
non-portable code, allowing VMS to implicitly zero arrays, if they
are to be in DZRO clusters. ** Phil.
