[comp.os.vms] LATs and Vitalinks ...

We talked to DEC about the problem of running LAT over Vitalinks and their
reply was that LAT was designed in such a manner as to use the characteristics
of Ethernet for fast response and the use of another protocol across the
same Vitalink bridge at lower speeds would negatively impact LAT.
DEC  gave us some workarounds.
