[comp.os.vms] EVENT FLAG PROBLEMS WITH VMS-SMG

	Does  anybody know of problems/solutions about getting 
	insufficient event flag using the screen management routines?

	I have one paste board on which I paste a number of virtual
	displays each 1 line and up to about 80 columns.  I delete and
	re-create virtual displays like this over and over.

	The event flag error can not be reproduced everytime and I have
	not been able to reproduce it consistently.  However I can
	get it after several cycles of creation and deletion of the
	above displays.   I delete every display before I am done
	and create them before pasting.
