[comp.os.vms] UAF information

Try the GETUAI System service call. It was added back in version 4.4 or there
 abouts.  Also there is a SETUAI service call as well, that will allow you to
 modify existing accounts.  Unfortuanately the SETUAI won't allow you to create
 accounts.
