Does this mean "non-profit and commercial" institutions world-wide?
Is the US distribution limitation still being imposed? For those of
us with a previous release/TEK license, will CMU issue papers providing
for the new terms? I think that a clear statement of these terms on the
net would be important as soon as possible, both from the standpoint of
people outside of the US hoping to use this code, and current users
with large multi cpu-tpye installations.
