Well, I've been handed a dilemma. I have been holding on to a TEX DVI file
previewer for VMS pending response from its author; apparently my mail (or
his) got eaten by a mailer black hole. The dilemma? It's an atob'ed BINARY.
Question: Where should I put this? There isn't a VMS binaries newsgroup;
and I suspect I'll be in deep sh*t with Spaf if I pull another newgroup
without following the "established" rules. Besides which, something tells me
that VMS binaries aren't exactly common Usenet fare.
Any suggestions? Can I slap this into .sources.misc just this once without
upsetting too many people? Should I put it in comp.os.vms? Other suggestions?
HELP!!!
Thanks in advance.
