[comp.os.vms] How to use $creprc ?

The setup is as following: I am running a process from SYSTEM with all privs
and want to execute a DCL command from an unprivd account GUEST. How can I

 1) set the username of the newly created process to GUEST, using all the
    quotas/defaults from sysuaf.dat's entry for GUEST. (Currently I change\
    my own username from SYSTEM to GUEST and back to SYSTEM).

 2) Get the created process (with input/output from/to mailbox) off from
    the show users list.
