 version of VMS]

I think a better approach would be to supply the site with an object library
of your program and a linker options file, so that the image can be created
on their system, thereby using their RTLs.  Even if linking the actual
code from VMSRTL and LIBRTL were possible (and I'm pretty sure it's not),
the resulting image would be fairly sizable (especially if you were try
-ing to eliminate ALL shared library references).
