We here at Pratt & Whitney Aircraft are looking for a means of performing project level chargeback accounting. We are particularly concerned about the ability to accurately track system resource utilization by project level for detached processes. We would appreciate hearing from anyone who might offer a viable approach. We have investigated several 3rd party versions of accounting packages and none of them will handle detached processes in this manner. Also, if anyone has heard what Version 5.0 of VMS has to offer with respect to system accounting facilities to please let us know. Thank you.
