The following changes to PULLDOWN.CMN were made necessary by the updates
applied to the new SWING by Urs Zurbuchen...a new field "key" was added to the
structure type PD_CHOICE_TYPE.
If this is not the first time the fix has been posted, sorry...SWING won't
even compile with the Zurbuchen fixes without the 'key' field.
