Does anybody know if an outline / idea processor exist on VAX-VMS ? I am first looking after a cheap one (or even better Public Domain), but I am ready to examine other solutions if they are worth the money. I would appreciate any comments on experiences with a commercial outline processor, as well as addresses of suppliers and prices.
