My experience with defining many /SYSTEM or /table=XYZ logical names where XYZ is a table with /PARENT=LNM$SYSTEM_DIRECTORY, is that it takes space out of PAGEDYN (not NPAGEDYN). Therefore PAGEDYN should be increased and the system rebooted. It is easy to verify with $ SHOW MEMORY taken before and after defining some significant number of different /SYSTEM logical names.
