We need to drive a typesetter connected to the Vax over an asynch line.
It looks like we could do this by simply using the /PASSALL qualifier
except for accounting. Is there any way to influence the accounting
data produced by the standard symbiont using the PSM routines? Could
this be done by simply modifying the carriage control values returned
by the User_Format_Routine?
