Is there a way to obtain information on a remote (on the same system, but not the one you are logged into) workspace? I wish to be able to, given only the user number of the workspace, determine: [1] The full logical path to the directory. [2] The device name. [3] The protection status, both of the workspace itself, and the files in it (note: this is to be done non-interact- ively, so DIR/PROT is not what I am looking for). I am working from a four unit cluster operating under VMS 4.5 . Any help with this would be appreciated. Post to the board if you can't parse my add- ress (I only know the BITNET address). Thank you. $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$ Me again . . .
