Hi All,
I just read this as it came over the net;
>Looking for sources to whom and notify (I assume they are PD).
It seems like I wrote about this before, but I'll do it again for those who
missed (or ignored) it. [Not that anyone is obligated to pay attention,
but it would be nice if some would.]
I know that the person who sent this message knows exactly what those
programs are and do. I, and I assume a certain percentage of the net
members, do not. If an explanation had been provided of the function of
the programs, I might know of, or have programs that did the same thing
that I could send. Also, I might want a program like that too, but just a
program name doesn't tell me what it does.
Please folks, don't just ask for a program by name and sign off, give at
least a brief explanation of what the program does. Some may say, "If you
don't know, than you can't help." If I subscribed to that line of crap,
I'd quit computers immediately. Just because I and other on the net don't
know a program by a certain name, doesn't mean we can't help.
Give it a thought...
Thanks for listening,
Dan Graham
