[comp.os.vms] EDT in MAIL

Michael Bednarek wants to use EDT within MAIL and still use his standard
initialization file.  After some thought I realized how to do what he
wants:

$ define edtini common:edtini.edt
$ define mail$edit callable_edt

This will work similarly with TPU.  I use a custom TPU section like this:

$ define tpusecini mikeu:mikesecini
$ define mail$edit callable_tpu
