A comment on changing back time and DECNET: As of VMS 4.5, DECNET should no longer have problems with setting the time back as in earlier versions. There was a change to NETACP in 4.5 with the comment that read "Change timer handling to use delta time instead of absolute". We changed time here on VMS 4.5 while DECNET was running with no problems. C. A.
