I recently FTPed the GCC distribution and have read the files out of the TAR saveset. Now, how do I build the executable under VMS. I have access to a system with the VMS C compiler, but since the distribution only has UNIX MAKE files for building it, I am wondering what the best path is to get a running compiler. I think this would be a fun job to puzzle out, but I am currently backed up with work to last me through 1990, can some one out there sending me there procedures to make GCC under VMS?
