[comp.os.vms] Incorrect new mail count : easy to clear.

A very straightforward way of clearing a spurious new mail count is to
 simply issue
               READ/NEW
 within mail.
You may have to do enter MAIL, READ/NEW , EXIT twice but it's a lot
 easier then trying to manipulate files which you might inadvertently
 corrupt.
