[comp.os.vms] Wanted: how to use DRV11-J on MicroVAX under VMS

I am attempting to read/write to the parallel ports on a DRV11-J
compatible board (Grant Technology Corp. Model 362 64 line parallel board)
on a MicroVAX under VMS.

I have had no success using either LabStar routines (LIO$) or directly
via PFNMAP section.

Anyone have a piece of code they could send me that shows how to do this?
I prefer the PFNMAP section method, but am also interested in any code
that works whether it uses PFNMAP, LIO$ or QIO$.
