[comp.os.vms] memory performance clarification of /header

I thought header resident meant that the image file was opened (therefore
an implicit /OPEN) and the first block of the file (512 bytes) was read
into memory.  If you do an ANALYZE/IMAGE the "header" is the first thing
displayed.  See also VAX/VMS Internals and Data Structures 1984 page 468.
