I'd like to thank all those who responded to my question about session swapping. We recently installed a PBX and after some updates in software and hardware we had session swapping. Some of our experts at first said it couldn't be the PBX because it was theoretically a "wire". Later we called the vendor and they said a bug in the software caused the swapping and to go back to a prior release. We did and it helped. Many netlanders responded with similar advice.
