I found this little ditty and got it to work very nicely....
This also prompted me to go-a-poking.
the Version 3 manual set, once again proves valuable.

The V4 set does NOT contain the info...
in the back of the utilities manual ( i am not totally sure anymore ) contains
the info about what is in a BACKUP save set... very interesting reading.
also an undocumented qualifier to backup...
/list/analyze ... which will generate a breakdown of the saveset.
