[comp.os.vms] Submitting Batch Jobs from Vax C

One of the nice features of VMS Fortran is the DISPOSE option
in a CLOSE statement which will automatically submit the file
as a Batch Job.  Can something like that be done in VMS C
with an EXEC call?
