[comp.os.vms] Wanted: Program to force password change

        Quite a while back, there was a program posted to this group that 
"forced" the user to change his/her password when it expired.  I wish I had 
kept it, because it is now required.

        Does anyone have it?  A copy would be greatly appreciated!
