[comp.os.vms] VMS tape management utility

 I am looking for a general - purpose tape management utility for use
 under VMS. By this I mean, soliciting tape names from the user, 
 requesting the operator to mount the tape, allocating the drive etc.
 and then dismounting,deallocating, etc.

 Anyone have such a beast?
