[net.news.group] Please create net.micro.att

Would someone please create net.micro.att ?  I work
on the WE 32100 and am trying to answer questions in articles
as I see them, but it would be very helpful to have
everything in one group.  I think it is appropriate
to discuss 3B-2/300, 3B-5, DMD 5620, etc all in one group.
