Subject: BULLETIN BOARD SYSTEM FOR VAX

I'm searching for a VAX based bulletin board system to provide
the following capabilities:

	a. The ability to read and post messages. The posting
of messages must go through a screening process to
protect against fraud, waste, and abuse.

	b. A system which provides conferencing capability.

	c. It should be able to provide areas for uploading and
        downloading of computer software.
	    - Micro-computer software
            - Vax Mainframe software

	d. A system which provides strong security capabilities.

	e. Should be capable of operating as an application
        under All-in-1.

	f. Should be flexible to provide the ability to
segregate users to individual functions (read,
        conferencing, micro software upload/download, Vax
software upload/download) or various combinations of
these functions. Example: a user could be given access
to reading of messages and upload/download of micro
        software only.

	g. Provide menu driven screens with help facilities.

Anyone who has or knows of a good bulletin board system which
meets some or all of the above requirements, please send me any
information/documentation available for the BBS. My address is
JAMES@HQAFSC-VAX.APRA or contact me at 301-981-4005.
