[comp.os.vms] Text Databases For VMS

I would like to know if there are any databases specifically designed
for free-form text entry and keyword search for VMS.
It doesn't matter if the thing takes a long time to build,  just as
long as its very fast in searching.  I am thinking of those
programs which use bitmaps to optomize the keyword search, etc.
