[comp.os.vms] forwarding mail from HELP to MANAGER

if you have SYSNAM priv's you can do a SET FORWARD for anybody,
even accounts which don't exist. it just makes an entry in VMSMAIL.DAT

do:

mail>  SET FORW MANAGER/user=HELP
