[comp.os.vms] MACRO local symbol re-ordering wanted

I seem to remember that versions of an EDT ancestor on PDP-11s (RSX) had
a command to re-order local symbols (e.g. 10$, 20$) in MACRO-11 programs.
I cannot find a similar command in VAX EDT, or in TPU. Is there one I
have missed? or does any kind soul have a program/TPU script/section/spell?
