[comp.os.vms] ScriptPrinter License

The word we got from our local DEC salesman was this was available ONLY to
those that bought DEC's ScriptPrinter.  It can NOT be bought by users who
have another PostScript printer.  We tried, since we bought an NEC LC890
and need a good print symbiont (we are still looking...).
