Is there any Usenet software for VMS? (mainly reader/poster). We're
running CMU tcp/ip so something that talks tcp/ip would be preferable.

There sure is , we use GEOFF HUSTON's NEWS (V5.2) package and it
is very very good.It complies with all USENET standards and
implements NNTP (network news transfer protocol) with support for TCP/IP!
