[comp.os.vms] SHOW DEFAULT of another process

I need to be able to do the equivelant of SHOW DEFAULT from within a 
program on another process.  I want to be able to tell where, SHOW DEFAULT 
another user is at any time.  I also want a user to be able to see this 
from within a certain application without having to leave it.

I can't find a system service, RTL routine or RMS call to do a SHOW 
DEFAULT.  I'm sure it's there, I've just overlooked it somewhere.  Can 
somebody direct me to the right place?
