[net.dcom] DCE and DTE, Correction

Uh oh.  I just noticed that in 1768@hao.UUCP I reversed the definitions of
DCE and DTE.  Of course, DCE is Data Communications Equipment, i.e. a modem.
And the DTE is Data Terminal Equipment, i.e. a Terminal or a Copmputer.
I have no idea how I managed to do that.  Sorry if I jolted anyone who was
tired, grouchy or irratable...

      Next time around (RS-xxx) we should have a symmetrical standard with 
hemaphroditic connectors.
