We are experiencing some difficulties using dial-up lines to the DECserver 200. Users are connecting and getting the local prompt but within 30 secs to one minute carrier is lost and the connection is broken. On the other hand when we move these same lines over and connect them directly to a VAX port we experience good service. Is anyone having similar problems? I have checked the port counters on the DECserver and find a fairly high distribution of framing, parity and overrun errors for each port. I have also configured the DECserver ports for dial in access as specified in the DECserver Doc set. Is anyone out there having this kind of difficulty???
