[net.news.group] Bogus newsgroups from trixie!news and alias update

We recently received two "create group" messages from trixie!news:
	net.celts and net.newsite
I would suggest rmgroup'ing them and adding the following aliases
to /usr/lib/news/aliases:

	net.celts net.nlang.celts
	net.newsite net.news.newsite

In addition to the already established aliases:

	net.unix.wizards net.unix-wizards
	net.trivia net.games.trivia
	net.periph net.periphs
	net.puzzles net.puzzle
	net.term net.info-terms
	net.vlsi net.lsi
	net.sources.wanted net.wanted.sources
	net.theatre net.theater
	net.apollo net.works
	net.works.apollo net.works
