I would like to obtain the program INDEX that does a cross referencing for FORTRAN programs. I believe it was written by Michael Levine and is available on some DECUS tape; that is, it is either in public domain or at least it is publicly accessible with some restriction on its use. Does some site have it available using either anonymous FTP or BITNET? Thanks in advance for any information in obtaining this software.
