This requires a network object be installed on VAXB.  The network
object, called (I think) PSTHRU is designed to handle the "poor mans"
SET HOST connection.  It is currently being used to handle SET HOST
from THEnet to SPAN (and vice-versa).  It's probably on the DECUS
tapes, but I have no idea where.

If you install PMDF or a similar beast, you will be able to send
mail both directions.  Without it, you can only send mail from DECNET
to BITNET.  The JNET product alone does not provide a reverse
capability.
