[comp.os.vms] digital logic circuit simulator wanted

We are looking for digital logic circuit simulators that we can use on
either our unix or our vms vax.  We need to simulate things such as
flip-flops muxes and rams.  Spice and its variants simulate analog
circuits, so they are inadequate.
