[comp.os.vms] non-disclosure?

I was just looking at the new DEC Training schedule and noticed a new bit
of information. On page 4 it states

"Certain courses contain proprietary information (courses are indicated
with a "*" on the grids). Nondisclosure agreements are required for these.
Contact your local Training Center registrar for details."

The internals and device driver courses have the "*".

Has anyone noticed this and called? The material covered in the courses
usually reflects the current software, so what's this all about?

I recently attended the VMS V5 Internal Update class. We were told that DEC
now requires a non-disclosure agreement for source listings used in classes.
If we didn't sign it, we couldn't take the source listings with us.

Oh well.
