[comp.os.vms] DEQNA revisited

This was originally mentioned at DECUS-Cincinatti during one of the
general network sessions (I think).  The reason was that the DEQNA
does not hold up well under heavy loading.  DEC wasn't specific on
the effects, but it sounded like if you push the board it stops working.

The comments made were that the support will continue for a year,
and then the driver will continue to ship for some time after that
(Without Support).  When it gets dropped from the VMS kit is unknown.
