[comp.os.vms] RUNOFF to TEX converter .INI file

I'm keen to make use of the recently posted RUNOFF to TEX converter.
I've half cracked the format for the missing initialisation file,
but would really prefer to be sent a complete example.
Question: does each possible abbreviation of a RUNOFF command need to
be defined in the .INI file ?
