[comp.os.vms] Looking for list and document server software

I am looking for mailing list server software for VMS.  Any pointers where
I can ftp the source would be appreciated.

I am also looking for document server software.  This is software where
users mail in requests and documents sent back to the user as requested.
Like netlib at Argonne Labs.
