[comp.os.vms] live icons on vaxstations 2000

I have had the same problem but after I had made a dump of UIS$VT200_PME.EXE
I found out that I also had to make the following assignment:

DEFINE/SYSTEM/EXEC UIS$VT_USE_FAKE_ICONS TRUE

After this assignment you get the promised 'LIVE ICONS' on a VAXstation II and
a VAXstation 2000.
